As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. Collaboration with different teams and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and integration within the team.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
Strong experience in designing and optimizing database models for high performance and scalability.
Ability to develop complex SQL scripts and procedures to support business logic and data processing.
Familiarity with integrating SAP HANA solutions within broader enterprise architectures.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to database modeling and development.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Native HANA SQL Modeling & Development.
This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
