Craft Connect is a travel-based educational platform working to revive and celebrate India's traditional crafts. We create experiences that connect people with artisans, crafts, stories and the cultural heritage of India.
About the Role
We're looking for a creative Graphic Design & Content Intern to help bring the Craft Connect brand to life visually. You'll work closely with our team on social media creatives, campaign materials, reels and other digital content.
What You'll Work On
Design engaging social media posts, carousels, stories and promotional creatives
Create visual content for workshops, events and Craft Connect experiences
Edit Instagram reels and short-form videos
Add captions, transitions, music and other elements to make videos engaging
Adapt designs and videos for different social media formats
Work with the team to develop creative concepts and visual directions
Help maintain consistency across Craft Connect's visual identity
Who We're Looking For
Someone with a robust eye for design, composition and visual storytelling
Comfortable using Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
Comfortable with basic video editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar tools
Creative, curious and willing to experiment with different styles
Valuable understanding of Instagram and current social media trends
Interest in culture, travel, design and storytelling is a plus

This is a 3-month unpaid internship, with the possibility of a paid full time opportunity based on performance and mutual fit.
