Duties & Responsibilities:
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Real Estate Management and Integrated Facility Management.
Proven experience with leading IPCs (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers, Savills) and reputed real estate developers.
Demonstrated success in managing large, geographically dispersed portfolios across residential, commercial, industrial, retail, and mixed-use developments.
Experience establishing and scaling current business verticals, operational frameworks, and governance models.
Successful delivery of transition and mobilization projects, including developer handovers, due diligence, snagging, and operational readiness.
End-to-end ownership of P&L;, commercial performance, budgeting, CAM, vendor strategy, and financial governance.




Solid track record in digital transformation, including CAFM, CRM, analytics, business intelligence, and technology-enabled operations.
Ability to engage confidently with Boards, CXOs, developers, resident associations, institutional clients, and key stakeholders.
Recognized for building high-performing teams, driving customer experience, and delivering measurable operational improvements.
Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within facility or property management organizations.
