Role & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across the UK and Europe region.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and hiring requirements.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
Conduct recruiter screening interviews and coordinate the interview process.
Build and maintain solid talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Negotiate offers, manage offer rollouts, and support onboarding activities.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with local employment regulations and company hiring policies across the UK and European markets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6+ years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to UK and European hiring.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and talent market trends.
Experience hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels.
Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and recruitment analytics.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced workplace.
Knowledge of UK and European employment practices and recruitment compliance requirements.
Robust networking and relationship-building capabilities.
