Key Responsibilities
Advise students on course selection, academic requirements, and career planning.
Monitor student performance and provide timely interventions.
Conduct workshops on study skills, time management, and career readiness.
Collaborate with faculty, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.
Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions and student progress.
Connect students with additional support services when needed.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of academic programs, career pathways, and student development theories.
