Responsibilities
Call non users for training and resolving issues.
Create Training videos and user guides.
Conduct webinar’s and online training’s
Handle customers support calls
Coordinate with the product team to resolve bugs and issues
Skills needed
Positive English communication both written and oral
Experience
Freshiers are ok. But 1+ year in Customer support will be an advantage

8AM to 5PM
SALARY
Upto 2.4 Lks per annumn a remote setting, manage time effectively, and use CRM or customer success tools; a bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field is beneficial.
