Maintain books of accounts and accounting records in ZOHO Books for multiple companies

/n
Handle bank reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable

/n
Manage payroll processing including PF, ESIC, and TDS calculations

/n
Maintain stock accounting, ledgers, and inventory reconciliation

/n
Prepare and manage sales & purchase invoices

/n
Perform GST reconciliations including GSTR 2A

/n
Coordinate purchase orders for inventory replenishment

/n
Conduct and participate in internal 5S audits

/n /n Required Skills /n /n




Knowledge of ZOHO Books and accounting principles

/n
Knowledge about Accounts payable and receivable, Financial Statement, Inventory Management

/n
Robust understanding of bank reconciliation, taxation, and inventory accounting

/n
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software

/n
Strong numerical and communication skills

/n /n Qualification – Graduation in B.com, M.com, CA, CMA /n Desired Candidate Profile /n /n
Honest, sincere, and detail-oriented skilled

Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Marathi preferred)
