Role:

We are looking for an experienced Advisory Team Leader who has hands-on experience in managing and leading an Investment Advisory/Wealth Advisory team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Wealth/Investment Advisors.
Drive advisory revenue, AUM, client acquisition and retention.
Handle HNI/UHNI client relationships and provide investment solutions.
Monitor team performance, targets and advisory quality.
Train, mentor and motivate advisory team members.
Ensure compliance with SEBI and internal advisory guidelines.

Candidate Profile:
10+ years of experience in Wealth Management / Stock Broking.
Mandatory experience in team handling of Wealth/Investment Advisors.
Robust knowledge of equity, mutual funds and other investment products.
Proven track record in advisory sales and revenue generation.
Robust leadership, client management and communication skills.
Only candidates from Broking & Wealth Management industry.
Candidates with pure insurance/banking sales experience will not be considered.
