Role Description The Accounts Assistant will work full time in office at the Mumbai office, supporting daily accounting and finance operations.

Responsibilities include managing petty cash, processing invoices, recording transactions, and assisting with reconciliation of accounts. The role involves monitoring outstanding payments, supporting credit control activities, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve billing or payment queries.

The Accounts

Assistant will maintain accurate financial records, prepare basic reports,



and assist senior finance staff with routine compliance and documentation. This position requires residing along the Central Line in Mumbai and the ability to join within 7 days.

Qualifications
Strong accounting and finance skills, including basic bookkeeping, invoice processing, and financial record maintenance.
Experience with credit control and petty cash management, ensuring accurate tracking and timely follow-up on outstanding amounts.
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, with attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Relevant academic background in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field (e.g., B.Com or equivalent).
Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, preferably residing along the Central Line, and join within the specified timeline.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and integrity in handling financial information.
