Area Sales Manager - Offline Sales - We’re looking for a hands-on Area Sales Manager to build and grow our offline sales channel for an ayurvedic brand , expanding our presence across retailers, distributors, and relevant wellness/healthcare outlets.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the offline sales strategy for the assigned territory Identify, onboard and manage distributors, retailers and channel partners Build robust relationships with pharmacies, wellness stores, Ayurvedic outlets and other relevant sales channels Drive sales, distribution, repeat orders and market expansion Manage field sales activities, targets,



reporting and collections Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and channel support Understand local market dynamics, competitor activity and prospects for growth What We’re Looking For: A result-oriented, proactive sales qualified with strong market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build a channel from the ground up .

Experience: 2–5 years in FMCG, Ayurveda, Pharma, Wellness or Consumer Healthcare sales preferred.

Compensation: Fixed basic salary plus performance-linked incentives , with the incentive structure to be discussed and finalised separately.
