About The RoleWe are looking for a AI/ML Engineer to build the intelligence layer of the Arrhenius platform.

You will work on LLM infrastructure, retrieval, agents, model orchestration, evaluation, ML pipelines, AI governance, and the integration of AI with our ontology and operational workflows.

We are not looking only for prompt engineering. We are building AI systems that can reason over organizational context and interact with real software systems under explicit permissions.

Responsibilities
Build LLM and multimodal AI infrastructure.
Develop RAG and enterprise retrieval systems.
Build tool-using AI agents.
Integrate models with the Ontology.
Develop agent memory and context-management systems.
Build model-routing and inference infrastructure.
Design AI evaluation and benchmarking systems.
Build prompt/version-management capabilities.




Develop human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms.
Work on model monitoring, governance, and auditability.
Integrate external and open-source models.
Explore predictive ML, time-series models, computer vision, and optimization where relevant.

Qualifications
2+ years of AI/ML engineering experience preferred.
For senior/founding candidates, 4+ years preferred.
Robust Python.
Experience building production ML or LLM systems.
Understanding of embeddings and retrieval.
Experience with model APIs or open-source models.
Valuable software engineering fundamentals.

Preferred
PyTorch.
Transformers.
Vector databases.
Agent frameworks.
Model evaluation.
Distributed inference.
Fine-tuning.
Computer vision.
Time-series ML.
Optimization.
Enterprise AI governance.
