Role Description The Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Virudhunagar, responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of The Chennai Tuition LLC’s branches and academic operations. This role manages scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow to ensure classes run smoothly and students receive timely support.

The Operations

Manager coordinates with teaching staff, administrative teams, and leadership to implement policies, maintain quality standards, and resolve operational issues. Typical tasks include monitoring performance metrics, optimizing processes, handling escalations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines, and supporting initiatives that enhance learner and staff experience.



The role also involves budgeting support, vendor coordination, and contributing to strategic planning for expansion and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and administrative management skills, including experience with scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Ability to coordinate and support academic teams, with skills in stakeholder management, team collaboration, and conflict resolution.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis and reporting to track performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to document processes clearly.
- Comfort with technology and digital tools used for education management, such as learning platforms, CRM/ERP systems, and collaboration software.
- Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with a focus on prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience in education, tutoring services, or service-oriented operations is highly beneficial.
