Key Responsibilities:

- Field Visits: Travel to customer homes or businesses to discuss missed loan payments and assess their financial status.
- Debt Collection: Collect payments or set up realistic repayment agreements while following company rules.
- Negotiation: Talk with customers to resolve account issues and manage ledger reconciliations.
- Compliance & Ethics: Follow Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines and legal standards to ensure fair treatment.
- Reporting: Use mobile apps or digital tools to log visit results, update daily collection logs, and report to managers.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of background in banking, microfinance, or NBFC collections, recovery preferred
- Certifications: Debt Recovery Agent (DRA) certification is often required.
