Claims Manager – Jewellery, Fire & Property Insurance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to manage end-to-end insurance claims, primarily involving Jewellery, Fire, Property insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end claims from claim intimation to final settlement.
Manage Jewellery, Fire, Property and Allied Perils claims.
Review policy wordings, coverage, exclusions, deductibles and applicable conditions.
Examine claim documents and assess the validity of claims.
Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, surveyors, loss assessors and other stakeholders.
Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
Review survey reports,



loss assessments and settlement offers.
Negotiate with insurers to achieve the best possible settlement for clients.
Handle disputed, complex and high-value claims.
Assist clients with claim documentation and the overall claim process.
Identify discrepancies, potential fraud and claim-related risks.
Maintain proper records and provide regular claim status updates.
Prepare qualified claim-related letters, emails and reports.
Guide junior team members and support the overall claims department.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
