Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of multiple bakery/store outlets within the assigned area.
Monitor sales, revenue, targets, expenses, and overall outlet performance.
Conduct regular outlet visits and maintain operational standards.
Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, company policies, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
Coordinate with Store Managers and provide guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Conduct regular audits of stores and identify operational gaps.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Purchase, Production, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Analyse outlet-wise performance and prepare regular reports for management.




Support recent store openings and ensure operational readiness of current outlets.
Identify opportunities to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase profitability.
Take corrective action for underperforming outlets and monitor improvement plans.
Ensure proper implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities at stores.
Maintain robust coordination with Store Managers and ensure accountability for outlet performance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
