Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Body Shop Manager to manage complete body shop operations, ensure timely vehicle delivery and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day body shop operations.
Supervise technicians, advisors and workshop staff.
Monitor repair quality and ensure timely delivery.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage productivity, work allocation and targets.
Monitor estimates, job cards and repair processes.

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of body shop operations.
Team handling and leadership skills.
Valuable customer handling and communication.
Solid automobile technical knowledge.
Hyundai/dealership experience preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
