We are looking for a Body Shop Advisor to handle customers, vehicle inspection, repair estimates and coordination with the workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend customers and understand vehicle repair requirements.
Prepare job cards and repair estimates.
Coordinate with technicians for repair work.
Provide regular updates to customers.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
Handle insurance-related repair coordination.
Required Skills:
Positive knowledge of body repair processes.
Solid customer handling and communication skills.
Basic automobile technical knowledge.
Valuable coordination and follow-up skills.
Dealership experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
