About the Role
We are looking for an Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, purchase and sales entries, and financial records.
Key Responsibilities
Handle accounting, billing, reconciliation, and financial records.
Coordinate with vendors and support sourcing activities.
Process purchase, sales, expense, receipt, and payment entries.
Prepare invoices, debit/credit notes, and purchase orders.
Manage vendor/customer ledger reconciliation.
Prepare MIS and financial reports.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for accounting matters.
Understand basic production processes and assist with ground-level coordination.
Support in sales improvement and surplus/scrap sales.
About You
2+ years of experience in accounting.
Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and cost accounting.
Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
