We are looking for an experienced BPM Lead with a strong .NET development background to lead the design, development, implementation, and delivery of Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of BPM solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BPM workflows and technical solutions.
Design and develop applications using C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET, and Web APIs.
Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications, databases, and third-party systems.
Participate in architecture, design, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues.
Work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Drive development activities following Agile and SDLC best practices.




Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Required Skills
810 years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
Robust experience in BPM/Workflow solutions.
Solid hands-on experience in C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET.
Experience with REST APIs/Web Services and enterprise application integration.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server, SQL queries, stored procedures, and database design.
Experience with OOP, design patterns, and software architecture principles.
Knowledge of Git/version control and CI/CD.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Robust problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred: Experience with BPM platforms, workflow automation, Azure/Cloud, microservices, and DevOps.
