This role involves engaging with parents, guiding them through the IB and Cambridge pathways, and ensuring a seamless, high-quality admissions experience from inquiry to enrolment. /n Qualification & Experience: /n /n
Bachelor's degree (Education/Management preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in school admissions, counselling, or parent-facing roles

Freshers with robust communication skills and a learning mindset may be considered.

/n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective parents via calls, emails, and campus visits

/n
Guide and counsel parents on IB & Cambridge curricula, school philosophy, and student pathways, while managing the end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to enrolment conversion.

Conduct and coordinate campus tours, open houses,



and personalised interactions

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and follow-ups in CRM systems

/n
Collaborate closely with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and parent engagement initiatives

Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective families

Verify application documents and ensure adherence to admission guidelines

Prepare admissions reports, funnel tracking, and conversion insights
