Role Overview

We are looking for experienced Aircraft Procurement professionals to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in aviation/airline procurement or MRO environments, with exposure to aircraft spare parts, materials, suppliers, and time-sensitive procurement requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for aviation/aircraft materials
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for quotations, orders, and deliveries
Support procurement requirements related to airline and aircraft maintenance operations
Coordinate with internal technical, maintenance, planning, and operations teams
Track material availability, purchase orders, and delivery timelines
Handle time-sensitive procurement requirements and ensure timely material support
Maintain effective vendor relationships and support procurement negotiations

Key Requirements
1+ years of relevant experience in Aviation / Airline Procurement / MRO
Experience with aircraft spare parts,



aviation materials, components, or related procurement
Understanding of sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and material coordination
Exposure to airline or MRO procurement processes is preferred
Solid communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
Ability to work with technical, maintenance, operations, and supplier teams
Comfortable handling urgent and time-sensitive aviation procurement requirements
10+2 must be completed from a regular/full time school
