Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Head to oversee branch operations, lead the team, drive student admissions, and support the academy’s business growth. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, communication, business development, and operational management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of branch operations.
Lead, mentor, and monitor the team to achieve business and admission targets.
Drive student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
Identify and implement strategies to support branch growth and revenue generation.
Monitor key performance indicators and provide timely reports and updates to management.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education, or a related discipline.
Relevant qualified certification in Management, Sales, or Business Development is an advantage.
Solid understanding of business operations and customer engagement.
Sound knowledge of sales, admissions,



and performance management practices.
Additional qualifications in leadership or management will be an added advantage.

Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience in branch management, education, sales, business development, or a related role.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve performance targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, decision-making, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a target-oriented and agile environment.
