We're hiring Mechanical Engineers to join our Product Development team in Bengaluru — and we're not looking for textbook knowledge. We're looking for people who've stood on a shop floor and actually understood what was happening around them.
Who we want
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
1–2 years of experience, ideally close to manufacturing
Comfortable with process planning, drawings, BOMs, quality & inspection
Genuine curiosity about how things are made — and how they can be made better
Here's the real story: you bring the shop-floor knowledge — we'll teach you the rest. You'll be trained on software development as you go, so you can turn your understanding of manufacturing into actual product features and capabilities. No prior coding background needed — just the willingness to learn a recent way of applying what you already know. If you're more excited by "why is this done this way?" than by having all the answers already — this is for you.
