Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our healthcare design team. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural design capability, excellent drafting skills, and explicit communication abilities. A willingness to travel for project coordination and site execution is essential.

This role offers exposure to large-scale and high-impact healthcare infrastructure projects in India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
Develop concept designs, schematic layouts, and detailed architectural drawings for healthcare projects
Prepare and coordinate working drawings, construction drawings, and presentation drawings
Collaborate with clinical planners, MEP consultants, structural engineers, and hospital stakeholders
Ensure designs comply with healthcare planning norms, functional requirements, and safety regulations
Participate in site visits, inspections, and coordination meetings
Support project documentation,



design revisions, and regulatory approvals

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
Solid architectural design and planning skills
Excellent drafting and detailing ability
Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office
Good understanding of building codes and construction practices
Fluent spoken and written English for client interactions and documentation
Strong coordination and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel outside Mumbai for project requirements

Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in healthcare, hospital, or institutional projects
Knowledge of medical planning standards and healthcare workflows
Site coordination experience
