Job Title: Backend Node.js Developer

We are seeking a skilled Backend Node.js Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications and APIs. You will work closely with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to build reliable backend services and deliver high-quality features.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain backend applications and services using Node.js and Express.js
Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications
Design and manage databases using MongoDB; write effective queries and data operations
Implement server-side business logic and application functionality
Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
Integrate third-party APIs, services, and external systems
Debug, test, and optimize backend applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to understand requirements and deliver features
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-structured code
Participate in code reviews and follow coding and development standards
Identify and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production-related problems

Required Skills:
Robust proficiency in Node.js and Express.js
Positive knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+)




Strong experience with MongoDB and database operations
Experience developing RESTful APIs
Understanding of server-side architecture and business logic
Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms
Experience with API integration and third-party services
Experience with Git and version control
Familiarity with npm/yarn and package management
Understanding of error handling, validation, and secure backend development
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively

Preferred / Nice-to-have:
Experience with Mongoose and MongoDB schema design
Understanding of performance optimization, caching, and scalable backend architecture
Experience with Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment, or DevOps workflows
Familiarity with unit/integration testing and good development practices
Understanding of application security and API security best practices
Experience with WebSockets / real-time applications is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar tools to improve coding efficiency, debugging, documentation, and problem-solving

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
