What you’ll do

Manage social media profiles of political leaders and public representatives. Plan an d execute daily/weekly content calendars. Coordin ate with graphic designers, video editors and content writers. Identif y relevant trends, local issues and content opportunities. Monitor engagement and social media performance. Coordin ate content around public meetings, events, constituency activities and campaigns.

What you’ll do

Edit R eels, short-form videos and social media content. Create engaging political and public communication videos. Edit ev ent coverage, interviews, speeches and field-activity footage. Add cap tions, transitions, graphics, music and other elements where appropriate. Adapt v ideos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms. Work cl osely with the social media and creative teams.

We’re lo oking for:Good edit ing skills, storytelling ability, understanding of short-form content and the ability to work with quick deadlines.

What you’ll do

Design social media posts, political creatives, campaign graphics and event creatives. Create

Punjabi/Gurmukhi and English designs. Develop posters, announcements, quote cards, infographics and digital campaign material. Follow established branding and visual identities.



Work wi th content and social media teams to turn ideas into strong visual communication.

We’re lo oking for:Strong de sign fundamentals, typography and layout skills, creative thinking and proficiency in relevant design tools.

What you’ll do

Resear ch political developments, government policies and schemes. Track P unjab’s political and local developments. Researc h constituency-level issues and public concerns. Monitor news, social media and relevant public information. Prepare research notes, briefs and background material. Support the strategy and content teams with accurate information.

We’re lo oking for:Solid re search and analytical skills, awareness of Punjab’s political environment, attention to detail and the ability to distinguish reliable information from unverified claims.

✍️ Content Writers — 10 Positions

What you’ll do

Write social media captions and posts in Punjabi/Gurmukhi and English. Develo p content around political activities, public issues, events and campaigns. Write short-form social media content, campaign messaging and creative copy. Assist with speeches, press notes and other communication material. Work w ith designers and video editors to develop content for different platforms.

We’re l ooking for:Excellen t Punjabi writing skills, strong communication, creativity and a good understanding of Punjab’s social and political environment

? Location Requirement

Candidates must be currently based in Punjab, India.

? Salary

Starting from ₹20,000/month

Higher compensation may be offered to deserving and experienced candidates, depending on their skills, experience, portfolio and overall profile.
