Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Senior Developer ?

Service

Cloud with 5?8 years of relevant experience to design, develop, integrate, and support Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Service Cloud development, customization, configuration, integrations, automation, and production support.

Salesforce certification is mandatory for this role.

Experience with Tableau will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Work on Case Management, Service Console, Knowledge, Omni-Channel, Entitlements, and Service Processes.
- Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce as required.
- Configure and develop Flows, validation rules, approval processes, workflows, and automation.
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Work with Salesforce data models, objects, relationships, security, and sharing mechanisms.
- Develop custom solutions based on business and customer service requirements.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and data-related issues.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
- Work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Follow Salesforce development, security, and coding best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation for solutions, integrations, and deployment activities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior Salesforce developers.
