Hiring:MIS & RTA Executive – BPO
Company: Fastinfo Legal Services Private Limited
Location: salt lake, sec v
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: 1-2 years
Shift: Rotational – 9 AM–6 PM / 12 PM–9 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time agent performance, login, breaks, AUX & availability.
- Track SLA, AHT, ASA & Productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly & monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain Excel reports, dashboards and performance trackers.
- Analyze operational data and highlight performance gaps.
- Coordinate with TLs and Operations Managers for real-time requirements.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MIS/RTA experience, preferably in BPO.
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of BPO KPIs and reporting.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
