Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor electrical cabling activities at project sites.
- Oversee installation of cable trays, cable ladders, conduits, and other cable support systems.
- Supervise cable laying, routing, pulling, dressing, tagging, glanding, and termination activities.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Check cable size, type, route, quantity, and identification before and during installation.




- Coordinate with electricians, technicians, subcontractors, and other site personnel.
- Supervise power, control, instrumentation, fire alarm, CCTV, data, and other ELV cabling works, as applicable to the project.
- Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, MEP Engineers, Project Managers, and other site teams.
- Ensure proper cable routing and coordination with civil, HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting services.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues related to cabling installation and routing.
- Monitor the quality of installation and ensure proper cable dressing and neat workmanship.
- Coordinate cable glanding and termination at electrical panels, equipment, and other systems.
- Support testing activities, including insulation resistance (Megger) and continuity testing.
- Maintain daily work progress reports and update the concerned engineer or project manager.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and tools required for smooth execution of site activities.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Assist in inspection, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Strong knowledge of electrical cabling and installation activities.
- Experience in cable tray and cable ladder installation.
- Knowledge of cable laying,



pulling, dressing, tagging, glanding, and termination.
- Understanding of electrical drawings, layouts, and cable schedules.
- Knowledge of cable testing, including insulation resistance and continuity testing.
- Ability to supervise electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
- Positive coordination skills with multiple MEP services and site teams.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and quality standards.
- Ability to manage site activities and meet project timelines.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with hands-on experience in electrical installation, MEP projects, commercial projects, corporate offices, infrastructure projects, data centers, hotels, hospitals, or other large-scale construction projects involving extensive cabling work.
