Role & responsibilities
Develop and coordinate architectural and interior design concepts based on project requirements.
Prepare and review plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated, and suitable for site execution.
Develop design details, material specifications, and finish details.
Identify and resolve design and execution-related issues at site.
Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other consultants.
Review shop drawings and contractor drawings and provide necessary comments/approvals.
Track project progress and coordinate with the team to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, drawing revisions, and approvals.
Ensure proper coordination between design, drawings, procurement, and site execution.





Preferred candidate profile The ideal candidate should be someone who can take ownership of a project rather than only prepare drawings. They should have a solid understanding of the relationship between design, drawings, materials, and actual site execution, and be confident in coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.

A proactive, organised, detail-oriented individual who can identify issues early and find practical solutions will be preferred.
