Demonstrate valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Have good working knowledge on Avaya system and adjuncts such as NICE,
Voice Mail, CMS, AES etc
Able to perform Telecom routine tasks such as managing tickets
(requests / incidents), daily reports / checklists, backups etc
Understand issues involved in Administration and Maintenance of Voice infrastructure.
Have valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills on Avaya
Have positive understanding of the Change and Incident management
process for Telecom
Maintain Telecom inventory and Tracker on a real time basis.
Effective coordination with Service Providers and Third parties on need basis
and managing data center activities related to Voice infra.
