We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to oversee daily accounting operations, ensure statutory compliances, and provide accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of taxation, audits, and financial controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain books of accounts for all Domestic & Overseas transactions.
Timely filing of Tax Returns (GST, TDS etc.) on monthly basis or as required & ensuring compliance with all applicable laws &other; statutory regulations.
Reconciling bank statements with the general ledger, tracking incomes & expenses & managing invoices.
Coordination with Chartered Accountant/ Consultants for regular audits,tax filings&managing; compliance requirements.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date ledgers, recording all transactions for all Debtors & Creditors.
Conducting internal audits to identify discrepancies, risks etc. & implementing internal control measures.
Invoice Generation on portals, managing timely vendor payments,
revenue collections& record updation.
Assist in financial planning- creating budgets, monitoring expenses and updating financial performance.
Maintain & produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Supervise and delegate tasks within the team for meeting deadlines & managing timely report submissions.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting
CA Inter / MBA (Finance) – Preferred
Experience
5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and compliance.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting and Taxation for domestic & overseas business.
Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP and MS Office Suite
Positive analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and team management ability
High attention to detail
