Nosegay Public School, Sri Ganganagar is looking for a passionate and experienced Badminton Coach to train and mentor our students and help develop their sporting skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct regular badminton training sessions for students.
Teach badminton techniques, rules, strategies, and game skills.
Identify and develop students with competitive sporting potential.
Prepare students for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
Organize practice matches and fitness drills.
Monitor students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain discipline and ensure safety during training sessions.
Coordinate with the school’s sports department and participate in sports events.
Eligibility & Requirements
Previous experience as a Badminton Coach, preferably in a school or sports academy.
Robust knowledge of badminton techniques, rules, and training methods.
Relevant coaching certification will be an advantage.
Experience in preparing students for competitive tournaments is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for sports and working with children.
