Wheelking Transhaul Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team in Kochi. This is a night shift role, supporting our international operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in night shifts and have at least 6 months of experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the finance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests
Maintain records of all account’s payable transactions
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for invoice clarification and issue resolution
Prepare and process payments, reimbursements, and expense reports
Perform account reconciliations and assist in month-end closing activities
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and avoid discrepancies
Maintain accurate data and generate reports using MS Excel and accounting tools
Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reports
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance,
Accounting, or related field
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Accounts Payable
Background in finance/accounting roles is preferred
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Basic understanding of accounting principles and AP processes
Experience with accounting software/ERP systems (preferred but not mandatory)
