We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoice processing, supplier payments, reconciliations, month-end close, financial controls, and service delivery.
Lead and manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable / P2P function.
Manage, mentor, and develop the AP team, including performance management and workload allocation.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of high-volume supplier invoices and payment transactions.
Oversee 2-way and 3-way matching, invoice approvals, exceptions, and payment processing.
Monitor AP ageing, vendor balances, and payment schedules.
Review and oversee vendor reconciliations and resolution of discrepancies.
Manage supplier escalations and ensure timely resolution of complex queries.
Own the AP month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Oversee accruals, prepayments, GR/IR, and other AP-related accounting activities.




Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and applicable UK accounting and VAT requirements.
Prepare and review AP dashboards, MIS, ageing reports, and KPI reports for senior management.

Required Skills & Experience
10 to 15 years of experience in Accounts Payable / P2P / Finance Operations.
Minimum 35 years of team management experience.
Robust experience in UK Accounts Payable / UK P2P operations preferred.
Robust understanding of AP processes, accounting principles, and financial controls.
Positive knowledge of UK VAT and supplier invoice requirements.
Strong experience in month-end closing and AP reporting.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
