Designation: Architectural Draftsman

· Qualification: Diploma / Certificate in Architectural Drafting.

Skilled Experience : 5+ Years

Job Descriptions:

· Preparation of architectural plans, elevations, sections, working drawings and detail drawings.

· Preparation and modification of drawings as per design requirements and site conditions.

· Coordination with Architects, Structural & MEP consultants for drawing development.

· Preparation of submission, construction and as-built drawings.

· Ensure accuracy, detailing and timely completion of drawings.

· Experience in Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare and Institutional projects preferred.

Technical Skills:

· Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint etc.).

· Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD / G-StarCAD is an added advantage.

· Valuable understanding of architectural construction details, materials and drafting standards.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
