Hiring: Senior Barista – Delilah’s Cafe, Delhi We are looking for an experienced Senior Barista to join our team at Delilah’s Cafe. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of espresso-based beverages, coffee preparation, machine handling, latte art, and maintaining consistent drink quality.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality hot & cold coffee beverages Maintain coffee consistency, presentation and speed of service Handle and maintain espresso machines & grinders Manage bar setup, cleanliness and inventory Train and guide junior baristas Ensure excellent customer service Experience: Minimum 2–3 years as a Barista, preferably in a premium café. Candidates with valuable communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for coffee will be preferred.
