Experience: 1012 Years

Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical)

CTC: Up to 13 LPA

Industry Preference: Clutch, Actuator, Bearing or Automotive Component Industry

Key Responsibilities
Manage Press Shop operations and ensure smooth production, quality, and productivity.
Lead die maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance activities.
Ensure dies, presses, and related equipment are available and reliable for production.
Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards.
Lead and develop the press shop and die maintenance team.

Key Skills
Robust knowledge of Press Shop operations and Die Maintenance.
Hands-on experience in press tools, dies, breakdown analysis, and preventive maintenance.
Valuable understanding of automotive component manufacturing processes.
Solid leadership, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
