We are looking for an Accounts &
Sales Executive to handle both showroom sales and day-to-day accounting activities. The candidate will interact with customers, generate sales, prepare quotations and invoices, collect payments, and maintain accurate accounts and stock-related records.

Key Responsibilities Sales &
Showroom Attend to customers visiting the showroom and understand their requirements. Explain furniture products, materials, sizes, finishes, pricing and available options. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers. Convert enquiries into confirmed orders. Follow up with customers through phone and WhatsApp. Coordinate order confirmation, advance payments and balance payments. Maintain customer enquiry and sales records. Follow up on pending orders and deliveries.



Maintain positive customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be able to sit in the showroom, handle customers and sales, prepare quotations and bills, collect payments, and maintain the daily accounts . This is a combined role — approximately 60% Sales &
Customer Handling and 40% Accounts &
Billing.

Performance Targets

Conversion of showroom enquiries into orders. Regular follow-up on quotations. Accurate daily billing and accounts. Proper maintenance of stock and order records.
