Role & responsibilities
Ensure the PPM of all critical equipment like HVAC & Chillers, Sewage treatment plants, UPS, DG Sets, Water treatment, transformer, LT panel, Fire Safety etc to be performed as per the 52-week calendar.
Maintain accurate records relating to all plant and equipment for the Properties including repair and service records.
Coordinate with the vendor for equipment breakdown.
Ensure that inventory stores have adequate stocks of materials, equipment and tools and are kept in a clean and protected setting.
Daily, weekly and monthly inspections to be carried out as per the in-house PPM calendar.
Coordinate with the equipment suppliers for AMC and any outstanding issues.




Ensure maintenance staff are wearing proper uniforms with name tags and uphold grooming and hygiene standards.

Preferred candidate profile Engineering graduate. Diploma in EEE. B.Tech/BE- Mechanical or EEE, with experience of min 6+ yrs.

Experience:

Minimum 6+ years of experience in handling a facility or property
