Identify and source suitable land parcels and properties for acquisition, development, investment, and business expansion.
Conduct extensive land searching through local networks, brokers, property owners, online platforms, references, and market contacts.
Identify potential locations based on company requirements, market demand, connectivity, commercial potential, and future development prospects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, property dealers, brokers, consultants, developers, investors, and local contacts.
Generate new business opportunities and develop a solid pipeline of potential land and property deals.
Visit and inspect shortlisted land/property sites and collect necessary details regarding location, size, ownership, access, pricing, and surrounding development.
Conduct preliminary market research and gather information regarding land rates, prevailing market prices, development potential, and competing projects.
Negotiate with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders regarding pricing, terms, and commercial conditions.
Coordinate with the legal, finance,



technical, and management teams for preliminary property/land due diligence and documentation verification.
Maintain a database of available land parcels, property owners, brokers, contacts, and potential business prospects.
Prepare regular reports on current land opportunities, site visits, negotiations, deal status, and market developments.
Follow up continuously with landowners and brokers to convert identified opportunities into successful transactions.
Explore new locations and markets to support the company's real estate development and expansion plans.
Assist management in evaluating potential projects and preparing basic feasibility information.
Achieve assigned business development, land sourcing, and deal-generation targets.
Perform any other business development or real estate-related responsibilities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
