The Role We're looking for a Head of Brand Strategy who can see the big picture and still obsess over the details that make a brand unforgettable. This is a leadership role for someone who thinks in narratives, not just numbers — someone who can walk into a room with a half-formed brand challenge and walk out with a strategy that gets everyone excited to execute it. You'll set the strategic direction for how company's clients position themselves, differentiate in crowded markets, and build lasting connections with their audiences — while also shaping company's own brand voice as we grow.
What You'll Do
Lead brand strategy across client accounts — from positioning and messaging to audience insight and market differentiation
Translate business objectives into compelling brand narratives that creative, content, and marketing teams can bring to life
Partner directly with senior client stakeholders as the strategic authority in the room
Build and mentor a brand strategy team as it scales
Conduct market research, competitive analysis,
and audience insight work to inform strategic recommendations
Own our own brand positioning and ensure consistency across every client-facing touchpoint
Present strategy with conviction — in pitches, workshops, and boardrooms alike
Stay ahead of cultural, market, and category trends that shape how brands should evolve
What We're Looking For
experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or brand management (agency or in-house experience both welcome)
A proven track record of building strategies that translated into real creative and business outcomes
Robust storytelling instincts paired with sharp analytical thinking
Confidence presenting to and influencing senior stakeholders and clients
Experience mentoring or leading a team
Curiosity about culture, consumer behavior, and what makes brands stick
A portfolio or case studies you're genuinely proud to walk us through
