Position: Assistant Project Manager – Interiors (Residential)

Job Responsibilities
Manage and monitor residential interior projects from execution to handover.
Coordinate with clients, carpenters, installers, vendors, and site teams.
Ensure project execution as per approved designs, drawings, BOQ, and timelines.
Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions.
Coordinate electrical, plumbing, civil, and other site requirements.
Plan and schedule material dispatch, installation, and site activities.
Monitor workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager / Zonal Manager.
Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
Coordinate with the client throughout the project and ensure proper communication.
Ensure timely completion and smooth handover of projects.
Support payment collection and other project-related activities when required.




Maintain proper project documentation and site records.
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and discipline at project sites.

Requirements
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in residential interior project execution.
Robust knowledge of interior execution, carpentry, installation, and site coordination.
Good communication and client-handling skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with different teams.
Willingness to travel to residential project sites.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
Robust problem-solving and team-management skills.
