Role & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Explain company services and loan/financial products.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Generate quality leads through calling.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain proper customer and calling records.
Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets.
Coordinate with the team for lead conversion.
Maintain skilled communication with customers.
Preferred candidate profile:
Positive communication and convincing skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.
