Assist with amendments, cancellations, and refunds of bookings
Contract rates from supplier, vendors and quote diligently to customers
Maintain customer/enquiry MIS

Pitching & Proposal Creation: Develop customised sponsorship proposals, exhibit packages, and delegate pitches based on client requirements.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and booth locations, addressing objections to close sales.

Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in International tour Sales - FIT / GIT / MICE
Postgraduate in Tourism & Travel Management, Hospitality, Business Operations and Sales.
Valuable Communication and interpersonal skills
