Minimum 12 - 18 + years of IT experience, including at least 8+ years of experience as an Appian Architect or Lead.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid hands-on experience with Appian 22.x or later, including Sites, Records, Interfaces, Process Models, Web APIs & Integration, AI Skills and RPA.
Experience in Appian plug-in development using Java and/or integration with external systems.
Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and query performance tuning.
Expertise in designing scalable and reusable application components.
Solid knowledge of Appian best practices, performance optimization, and security guidelines.
Experience with CI/CD tools and automated deployment for Appian applications (e.g., Jenkins, Git, ANT scripts).
Appian Lead Developer (L3) certified.
