Job overview The Assistant Manager – Client Sourcing will drive client acquisition for learning and development (L&D;) solutions, focusing on building a solid pipeline and supporting revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic sourcing, consultative selling, and stakeholder management within the corporate training and learning delivery space.

Roles and responsibilities
Develop and execute client sourcing strategies to generate leads for learning delivery services




Identify and engage prospective clients across corporates, institutions, and enterprises
Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline aligned with business targets
Conduct need analysis discussions with clients to understand L&D; requirements
Collaborate with internal teams (learning delivery, instructional design, operations) to design customized solutions
Lead client presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions
Support deal closures and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams
Track and analyze sourcing performance, pipeline health, and conversion metrics
Mentor junior team members or executives in lead generation and outreach (if applicable)
Stay updated on industry trends in corporate learning, upskilling, and digital learning
Proven track record in lead generation and revenue contribution
Robust understanding of corporate learning solutions and training delivery models
Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking with execution focus
Data-driven approach to pipeline and performance tracking

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree required

Experience
5 to 7 years of experience
