Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our CA Firm. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining books of accounts, accounting entries, GST/TDS-related work, reconciliations, and assisting in various accounting and compliance assignments for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts for clients using Tally Prime
Pass sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries
Prepare and maintain ledgers and trial balances
Perform Bank Reconciliation (BRS)
Handle GST-related accounting and data preparation
Assist in GST return preparation and filing
Assist with TDS calculation, reconciliation, and return preparation
Prepare invoices and accounting statements
Assist in preparation of financial statements and audit-related documentation
Handle client accounting data and maintain proper records
Coordinate with clients for required financial documents and information
Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel
Support the CA/Senior Accountant in tax, audit, and compliance assignments

Required Skills




Robust working knowledge of Tally Prime
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Understanding of accounting principles
Knowledge of GST and TDS
Knowledge of basic taxation and compliance
Valuable communication and client-handling skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Qualification
B.Com / M.Com preferred
1–3 years of relevant accounting experience preferred
Experience working in a CA Firm will be an added advantage

Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, accounting knowledge, Tally/Excel skills, and interview performance.

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple client accounts and should have practical knowledge of Tally, Excel, GST, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Pay: ₹15,593.90 - ₹25,749.75 per month
