Role & responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements from Oil & Gas stakeholders.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical/IT teams.
Manage end-to-end projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
Coordinate with stakeholders across upstream, midstream, or downstream operations.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements/digital solutions.
Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables.
Conduct workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, UAT, and stakeholder reviews.
Track project progress and provide regular status reports to leadership.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful delivery.
