Responsibilities
Manage and oversee operations across assigned centers/projects.
Lead and mentor center/project teams to achieve operational and program targets.
Monitor project performance, KPIs, attendance, placements, and other key metrics.
Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders.
Ensure smooth implementation of programs and adherence to organizational processes.
Prepare regular MIS and performance reports.
Identify operational challenges and drive timely resolutions.

Requirements

Skills Required:
Robust team handling and leadership skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Positive understanding of project/center operations
Robust analytical and reporting skills
Willingness to travel across assigned locations
Experience in the skill development/NGO/education sector will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
